Would be nice if some one at this office did their work and gave you the things you were looking for. Receptionist very helpful but the staff out the back make her look like and idiot when she says 20 minutes to retrieve the info for you. an hour later nothing, excuses of training someone, it will be here in a minute. My time is precious to. I wonder if the back office staff at the archives in Perth actually work, 3 other people wandered in and out of the staff only area, Oh and they all went to lunch together it seems except the receptionist.
