He was an absolute nightmare to deal with. No planning. No idea. Poor quality of work, most definitely over priced, told me it would take 6 weeks at most, but took 6 months and still couldn't finish before I fired him due to taking too long, and needing to do certain parts of the job 3 times, and still unable to get it right!!
(unfortunately I'd handed over the
majority of my money to him...he asked for $60k of the quoted $80k before completion - $40k upfront before commencing).
I ended up hiring Anthony from Simply Esrthworks who was beyond amazing, and took 3 weeks to rectify Thomas' shoddy workmanship.
I've asked Thomas for a portion of what I paid to be returned, given a large part of the work he completed, albeit substandard, was re-worked and rectified by Anthony, and of course, have had zero response.
I would never, ever recommend him for any job no matter how small it is. He's completely incompetent, and dishonest
