Concept didn't end up helping me as I fell pregnant naturally several months after I had stopped seeing them. I felt like I was treated like a pin cushion having endless cycles of blood tests which resulted in basically nothing but sore arms and a fee to pay. They were not flexible as I had to go to Subiaco in the morning for the tests, even though this made me late for work. It was basically their way or the highway as I could not do the blood tests anywhere else - it had to be Subiaco. When I said I couldn't make appointments due to work, the nurse's attitude was very condescending and patronising and she made me feel like I wasn't committed enough to falling pregnant. The doctor could not explain to me why I wasn't falling pregnant naturally. Their response was to send me to endless cycles of blood tests. They also sold me medication which I didn't need, and didn't let me return it for a refund. It was also not made clear to me that the medication came at a cost. At the end of all the testing I had a huge fee to pay without any result.
I asked for my medical records and was dropped by my FS, thats so unprofessional and unethical. Also nurse manager wasn't very nice, FS PA didn't answer some of my emails and on bulk billed IVF they charge $200 for meds but my meds only cost $160 if i bought them myself. Not very good experience overall and wouldn't recommend this clinic. My new clinic the service is much better and FS is much nicer.
