About Dr Andrew Hedges
Andrew studied medicine at the University of Newcastle before completing a Masters in Reproductive Medicine in Sydney, where he then trained and began working in IVF at Royal North Shore Hospital. He has also worked in the UK.
Andrew fosters collaborative research into sperm DNA damage with the world-renowned Aiken Centre at the University of Newcastle, and other areas of specialism include: hormonal disorders, such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, including advanced laparoscopic surgery, implantation and pregnancy loss and pelvic floor and reconstructive surgery.
