The only broker to make the impossible happen

After numerous attempts with other brokers telling me no as a first home buyer, Katrina was the first to understand my needs and what I wanted to make happen with purchasing my first property.

Katrina and Grace were always on the ball with fast responses, even sometimes are ridiculous o'clock when I had a question I would receive a response. It was a bit of a tricky one as this was all completely remotely, however, they both ensured it was as seamless as possible. Katrina and Grace made the impossible happen from the get go, by telling me how much to put away each month to telling me how long I would need to wait to process the application for the best result as I had a very poor credit score and enquiry history.

A difficult process made simple

Having had Katrina and team recommended to me by a friend, I reached out and within a few hours I was having a telephone call with Katrina and explaining mine and my partners circumstances and what we were looking for.

Katrina listened to what we wanted/needed and then gave us advice based on this. Her advice was straight to the point, which I liked, and set us on our way to getting a homeloan for our first purchase in Australia.

Katrina and her team got to work and communicated what she needed from us. He communication was clear and concise and meant we knew exactly what we needed to do.

We sent through all the relevant documentation and then quite quickly we received a number of options for us to decide. Katrina and team were always on hand to answer any questions, even the obscure ones and would respond by email quickly.

If anything further was needed we would get a text to prompt us that we needed to do something which was great.

We had a figure to work towards and then set out looking for a property. Katrina and team would check in with us to see how things were going on a regular basis and ask us if we needed any further help and assistance.

The time came when we found a house, put in an offer and it was accepted. I called Katrina to let her the news and she was equally as excited as we were at the fact we had found a house which gave me a sense of I wasn't just another customer.

Katrina explained the next steps and communicated with us over the next couple of days for updated information for the bank. We then got our offer approved for the home loan and again this was communicated promptly and all forms signed and sent back.

Katrina then kept in touch with is to ensure that everything from our end was progressing and that there would he no delays whilst also communicating with the conveyancer to ensure smooth process on settlement day.

Settlement day came and went without any issues and we are now settled in our new home.
