Horrendous services from Jarrod and the rest of the team! They do not reply emails or call back after being promised for months. Down paid $5000 AUD for a property in Mawson Lakes, whenever we ask them for an update, they always advised to get in contact with builders as they don't know the progression of the project, this is not acceptable. Builders are scammers as well, ran away with money. Project is left hanging and so is our deposit. Now Emparo is being sued by court.
Very poor property management service, rents were not paid to me on time, a final inspection was not done on my property at the end of lease, one time the property manager did not turn up for a open inspection when my property was for lease on a properly I had with them , they used a beginner girl to attend a openopens for my next
