They got me a loan for my new car, told me all onroad costs would be put onto my loan, then didn't put vehicle stamp duty on the loan. When I complained they blamed me and the car dealership, without taking any responsibility whatsoever. After being promised all onroad finances be put on the loan, I picked up my car and went to transfer the registration and was met with an unexpected $1100 stamp duty that was supposed to be put on my loan but was not. They then tried to convince me to sign a contract for another personal loan of $3000 with an ungodly amount of interest and a repayment of $90 a month for a mistake they made.
Nicolle was awfully helpful when it came to taking my money but the second there was an issue it was my fault.
Her manager, Elijiah was also of no assistance. They have avoided taking any blame whatsoever for their mistake.
Currently in the process of taking to ACCC over false claims.
Do not recommend unless you're looking for a company that will happily take your money but will be alot more hesitant to assist when a mistake is made on their end. The biggest irony is their own website says stamp duty is almost always put on the loan.
