About The Blue Door
A year in the making & a few false starts, Chef Dylan Cashman and Sommelier Angelica Nohra have finally brought their love of food and wine to Surry Hills.
The Blue Door is driven by provenance with an ever changing menu which sees Cashman only serve protein from farmers he’s personally visited to assure their ethics and farming practices are contributing to improving the environment and our health.
To accompany the heavily producer producer focused food offering, Nohra has put together a wine list that features NSW wine by the glass, with the whole list comprising of about of about 90% Australian wine.
This restaurant is built on the inspiration we draw from our farmers and our history and we look forward to welcoming you through!
