We have a dishwasher that refuses to drain. After 2 week they agreed it was a warranty issue but that it will take 3 months for them to send someone out to look at it. It's now been almost 2 months and the water has turned nasty, if someone does turn up they'll refuse to touch it.
Don't bother trying to call their customer support after 4pm even though it says they close at 5 they won't answer a call and your left on hold till 5pm and a message says your trying to contact them out of business hours and to call between 8am and 5pm
Customer service nearly impossible to get in touch with. They answered after weeks of me calling every day waiting up to an hour for an answer and sending emails - After they answered I waited and listened to background office noise for 15 mins before someone finally spoke to me. Charged me $200 for someone to come and look at my cooktop, I paid it and they said theyd organise a time in the coming days, then never followed up. Told me they were trying to reach me but never called or emailed. Back to waiting on hold for an answer now. This has taken 4 months now - just trying to get them to come do a simple warranty repair. Such a nightmare!
