About Shark Bay Fish Factory
Shark Bay Fish Factory is one of the last fish processing factories in small coastal towns along the WA coastline. We mainly process Sand Whiting and Sea Mullet and also process some larger fish caught up north in Point Samson.
We have a small retail shop where you can buy our processed fillets fresh or frozen, alongside other Shark Bay products like King Prawns, Tiger Prawns and Scallops. We also sell ice and bait. Come in for a visit and watch our filleters through the viewing glass in our shop😁
