Basement Health & Fitness is based in the heart of Sutherland and was created out of the need for a training facility that takes the best parts from all levels of fitness, whilst keeping a strong community feel for members to be empowered through their fitness journey. ⁠ Our classes are designed to ensure you get both what you want and what you need from every session.
