I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer. I specialise in helping people gain confidence to achieve happiness, deal with challenges and live a healthy fulfilling life. I run Group Fitness classes from the Knox District Scout Hall in Wantirna and the Glen Park Community Centre in Bayswater North. We have a lovely friendly group of ladies, who are always happy to welcome another new face. There are clean toilets, no mirrors and easy off street parking. We have a variety of different classes, all of which can be tailored to suit your needs, whether you are new to exercise, returning after a long break, or already a regular exerciser. There is always something I can do to make the class work for YOU.
