Where to begin. Not only are their floral creations magnificent but so too, their service. Ordering from a country half way across the world, makes discussion somewhat difficult with an 8 hour difference. Due to circumstances beyond their control, there were difficulties with my order. However, Tricia, scrambled to action despite my descent into (unwarranted) frustration. (I shall make a feeble excuse that it was 01:30 in the morning for me.) Never wavering, she took all in her stride. Found a solution and persisted till a bouquet of some magnificence reached the intended recipient on time for her birthday. It is utterly obviouse that Lily West is far more concerned with preserving moments and smiles, than simply mundane business. Thank you so much for understanding the moment I belived to be a crisis, even though it wasn't. You attended what was important to me as if it were your own crisis. Simply the most outstanding florist in Australia to my mind....and...ratified with my experience. Utterly recommend whole-heartedly.
