I don't know why you include this text in this email you sent me "Your order is now complete" I did not take the order you made up for me, I had to choose something that was on display in the shop. I said I will come back in an hour or so while you make up something suitable, but you said we will be closing soon and this was about 1 PM, I know it was the day before Christmas but I would have thought being a foulest and charging foulest price's you would have given some service and done so. I would have been better off going to woollies or Coles and picking up a bunch of flowers there. Plus, you forgot to write out the card, lucky I knottiest this before leaving the shop. when I complained all, you could say was ÏT is just human error" with the NON service you gave I will not be back again after you have got it wrong two Christmases in a row.
