Photos of the $85 ‘bright’ (inc delivery $98) flowers received vs what Little Love Co advertises on their socials (FYI - I had ordered the larger arrangement, for comparison’s sake)

I did privately message LLC to confirm the delivered flowers were consistent with their standards, to ensure there wasn’t an oversight. They affirmed this is their $85 ‘bright’ arrangement.

Personally, these look more like the standard of arrangement you’d get at Woolworths and not consistent w their socials or website. Given they arrived after 5pm I’m presuming the flowers were picked from the shop floor scraps after a busy day. To their credit, I acknowledge it would have been a long day but I’d order elsewhere if I knew their standards differed so widely.

What an absolute Mothers Day disaster. My daughter from another state ordered flowers for me over the phone and arranged for my husband to pick them up on Sunday morning of mothers day. When he got there he was told the order wasn't there (but to their credit he was offered another bunch). He declined as he had no idea what my daughter had ordered, has no clue about flowers and had limited time, so drove home "flowerless" (half an hour each way). My daughter rang Little Love Co Monday to find out what had happened and they said yes the order WAS there and they would deliver but failed to mention that they now required a delivery fee. No delivery Monday. No delivery Tuesday. My daughter rang again and was told they didn't deliver the flowers because she hadn't paid a delivery fee. No, that's because she had originally arranged for my husband to pick them up! Surely good customer service initiative would be to offer to deliver the flowers for free seeing as we had already been to collect on Sunday but told there was no order there. Finally I received Sunday's flowers today (Wednesday). Lovely flowers but by now they are 4 days old. I know Mothers Day is one of the busiest times of the year for florists but seriously, we won't be using this florist again. Come on guys, do the right thing and at least give my daughter a refund on the delivery fee and if you're REALLY serious about delivering good customer service, and making amends for a right royal stuff up, refund the whole lot.

Footnote: I rang the florist as invited & had a friendly chat and after much discussion they promised to send me a new bunch of flowers a week later to make amends for the mess up, but also because the chrysanthemums in the arrangement had started to wither and were dropping petals. I am still waiting and its well over a week later. I'm feeling disappointed they haven't kept their word. Yep, talk is cheap. I was going to revise my review once I received the arrangement but still waiting ......
