Flowers sent by family member interstate to son in hospital, unfortunately he unexpectly moved wards in mean time, I spoke to staff on both floors to advise he was getting the delivery, “all good this happens a bit moving patients they said he will still get them” No delivery on due day , enquire made following day, apparently the courier came back with flowers saying patient had been discharged, I asked at hospital reception before being told why not delivered , yep his details clearly brought up with ward/ bed details .
I rang florist, person on phone just come back with I’m not charging delivery for this lot and they’re getting re- sent today . Not impressed as interflora is not cheap and no attempt was made to anyone re delivery not made and alternative option.
