Not happy with quality & size of flowers supplied as ordered for amount paid $149… feeling very ripped off! Photos show what was received vs online order photo, despite being reassured when placing order over the phone that flowers would be supplied as advertised on their website. Also ribbon around wrapping has black stains :(
Postscript: Business Owner phoned to offer me an immediate remediation. Happy to say I'm extremely pleased with the manner in which they handled this matter & the compensation offered. All in all a very satisfactory outcome which has prompted me to upgrade my review from 2 stars to 4 stars :)
