Divine Mushrooms is a semi-rural urban farm in Broadford Victoria, Born from the core values of eating fresh nutritious food sourced from local growers. Locavores and foodies, they were already growing most of their own vegetables but while shopping at local farmers markets to stock up the rest of their basket, couldn't find anyone producing gourmet mushrooms so they decided to have a crack at filling the gap!
While tending to their veggie garden they began to learn the art and science of the indoor cultivation of gourmet mushrooms, with the goal of bringing the magic of those mushrooms to the community selling from the farmgate, at farmers markets and food outlets.
