About Knoxberry
Knoxberry makes jams, sauces and pickles.
We also make any type a customer wants, depending on the seasonal supply.
Our ingredients are obtained locally wherever possible including on site. All our herbs are grown here along with ginger, ginseng, spring onions, coffee beans (in season).
Fruit grown here in season include: bananas (sugar), papaya, oranges (navel), pineapple, tangelo, lemons (Meyer), mandarin, persimmon, also macadamia nuts.
We have won numerous awards in agriculture shows from bronze to Champion level.
Our sales are at the gate but we also sell at the Malanda Markets in collaboration with the Malanda Mens' Shed and Lions Club.
Our jams/pickle sizes range from 75 gm tasters to 250 gm jars. Sauces are in 250 ml bottles.
