Everything we grow, prepare, cook, bottle, celebrate and preserve on our quiet patch of McLaren Vale dirt, we do so by hand and with the pioneering attitude of our Italian ancestors in our hearts.
People come from far and wide for our infamous Chilli Honey, hand-made Tomato Sugo as well as our series of oil-preserved vegetables… and the Limoncello - well, it’s stunning! No meal at Pizzateca is complete without it.
The range of wines consists of Italian varieties Nero d’Avola, Montepulciano and Barbera as well as the old stalwarts of Grenache and Shiraz. All varieties flourish in the Mediterranean surrounds of McLaren Vale and are best enjoyed with family, friends and food.
