We’re a Foodtruck! located on Regent St Redfern Sydney. Our truck name is quite cheeky and fun! We serve up the most tender and tasty beef and pork ribs you will ever have. Yes our hero here are bbq ribs, our home made basting sauce is definitely our secret to good yummy ribs😋 our menu also has other fantastic choices for you such as premium Wagyu beef burger, Deluxe burger, loaded fries ie. pulled beef brisket with hot chips,bbq sauce and cheese sauce. But if you looking for a healthier option, our lamb shoulder bowl is the way to go! Tender juicy lamb shoulder with our famous slaw, edamame salad and jasmine rice.
Our trading hours is Thursday 5-8pm, Friday to Sunday 5-9pm come down and experience the magic of food truck dining!🤩
