If you want the worst customer service for any mechanical issues this is your place.
Went to the Ford mechanic with a weird sound coming from the engine bay of our Ford Transit. We were just after a diagnosis of potential things as the noise was quite obvious. They refused to even just come look at our car and gave us numerous excuses. Started with ‘we have no time’ to ‘we wont have the parts’ to ‘we don’t touch anything older then 2011’ after insisting we really just wanted to confirm where the sound was coming from the mechanic said to come back at 2.30 if we didnt find another mechanic. After being turned away by other mechanics we went back and the mechanic had knocked off for lunch at that exact time which we assume was intentional (saw him walk across the road to servo). So no one ever checked the car.
Honestly save yourself the hassle and take your money to someone who actually cares.
Would give this place 0 stars if possible.
