The service guy told me my new car warranty was void cuz I didn't want to service at Range Ford .. complete lie called Dept Commerce and they said that they were wrong ....and filed a complaint
They will try every trick in book to use there expensive service centre ...
It took a lot of time just to try and get them to look at a warranty issue and they made out it was because I didn't use there services it was total cohesion
