Absolutely shocking customer service. From day one until now it is almost impossible to get in touch with anyone at Crown. The company I work for purchased a repurposed forklift and our so called "customer service rep" barely responded to emails or phone calls throughout the purchasing period. It was a mission to have it delivered at all and when it finally got here, it broke down only a few weeks later. We tried to call our rep to no avail whatsoever only to discover that he had left the company and we had been assigned a new rep with a new email and phone number who never bothered to contact us to tell us this news. We are now in the process of trying to contact Crown again to have them pay for the repair of the broken-down forklift as it is still under warranty but as usual, it appears no one works there.
Do not ever go with Crown. The worst!
