Left a message as phone kept ringing out and never received a phone call back.

Seen great reviews for this business although the service provided to myself have been unsatisfactory & poor customer service. An otterman & 3 cushions ordered 8 weeks ago & after phone calls & enquiries to Lee....with NO return calls from Lee, I guess my order is non existant.
