If i could rate you less than one star i would. If this review turns at least 1 potential customer away from you than my review has done its job
You lot should be ashamed of yourselves with not only the so called "service" you provide but also the way you price your services and the way you fail to explain this clearly to your customers. Not to mention half the job you leave behind!
My mum booked you for a Wednesday and received no confirmation of time until SHE called you the morning of Wednesday to query (even tho it was already paid for via credit card days before as this is what you insisted).
It was explained to her that there will be 3 women who will work for 3 hours. 2 people turned up.. a man? And a woman and worked for a total of 1.5 hours. IT WAS NOT explained that the "3 hours" was divided over people working. Who in their right mind charges people/ prices their services that way? Now im sure you are going to go onto say you "have have been in this business X amount of years" so surely we are the ones that are wrong and misunderstood the service/pricing (as you said to my mum on the phone when she called back to query and as i can see you have responded with to other reviews on here). What a condescending response!
In the end my mum paid almost $200 for 1.5 hours worth of work with 1 less person than what was advised would be there with only half the job done. What a joke!
You are taking advantage of people, pensioners! Like my mum. Been in business 26 years you say? Nothing to be proud of mate with the service my mum has experienced today.
