Had a failed hot water system that needed urgent replacement as we had lost running hot water to our home. I spoke with Rosetta Plumbing on 19th May and was advised they were not able to offer same day installation of a new cylinder, so the job was booked in for Friday afternoon 21st. I then received a call from Them at 11.30am on 21st advising of the need for the job to be rescheduled to Tuesday 25th !!!!!!!! I enquired as to whether my job could be given any higher priority given that by Tuesday we would have been without running hot water for almost a week which in my mind made it a relatively high priority job. The receptionist was steadfast in her explanation that they could offer no assistance til Tuesday. I considered the response and lack of reprioritisation to be extremely poor, disappointing, unprofessional & without appreciation of the dire situation we were in. No effort was made to provide any assistance in a more timely manner. Needless to say, I have no intention of enlisting the services of Rosetta Plumbing in the future. I sincerely hope that this review elicits a more positive response than other review responses I have since read.
