I tried to use this plumber. But despite initial contact and trying to arrange for them to visit I found them most unresponsive and unreliable.
I have three or four plumber jobs around the house l, and after confirming that I don’t need an emergency call out this business just couldn’t be bothered even replying to subsequent messages.
I’m guessing non emergency fallout fee meant they weren’t interested. But at least a “sorry, we couldn’t be bothered with you and your plumber needs” message would be nice.
Totally opposite to the service promised in the website. Very disappointed.
