I think the drs profile has been deleted and re uploaded to remove reviews (?). I did not have a good experience, but I am aware I was referred in a weird way.
(Via a seperate letter or contact to the referee suggesting or implying not take me seriously & having incorrect information in it).
I was having a multi system delayed onset DRESS like allergic reaction to CT contrast ( a couple months after a viral infection of some sorts).
I found another vascular surgeon and got some great advice re huradoid cream, compression stockings and pain management. Ice douching helped as well as anti inflammatories and later low dose steroids.
Inflammation reduced significantly by a year and a quarter later , pain less constant then less semi constsnt. By the 2.5 year mark. There is some damage and long term issues, post pressure on the veins like long walks or exercise now - more minor.
I suggest always asking in writing for a copy of all clinical notes and records to and from third parties, after interacting with medical professionals so that you can see what is going on and whether you are being dismissed and not
taken seriously, or things noted are not correct, or even gaslighted. It may stop you from getting help and make it worse but also those records get passed around and stay on your record long term. Very important. Luck
