The administration are very unorganised. My Wife booked in twice and had problems both times. First time she waited for over an hour and most recently she called up to confirm her confirmed appointment on the day (after getting 2 reminder texts confirming her appointment) and was told she can't see the doctor cause he's doing "vaccinations the whole day". They then changed her appointment twice in one minute to other times with a different doctor. So she would have wasted a trip and we have a baby to care for. Plus the phone etiquette of the main receptionist there is atrocious.
