Dr Kym Silove is a great GP and that’s the ONLY reason why I m going there since 2014.
However the girls at the reception are extremely rude and never look at you or talk to you nicely.
In particular JUDY ! It’s easy to see or feel that she hates being here doing this job.
@direction : maybe you should rethink of what skills are requested for those kind of jobs. If your staff hates dealing with human then you should seek for other employees ! Also by paying $80 for a short consult we should expect a great service from the beginning until the end and it is not the case .
@Judy : don’t forget that we go to the medical center because we are either sick or worried to be sick, not by pleasure and dealing with you every single time is a terrible experience .
