Have been coming to this practice since it opened with the entire family, and have always been impressed with its efficient yet caring atmosphere. New reception staff are both brisk, condescending and impatient, bordering on rude. Elderly patients waiting outdoors (I understand COVID risk but surely there is a better solution after 2 years) in 13 degree wind and rain. Hopefully some additional compassion training may save the practice from becoming yet another anonymous Medical Centre.
