I was at this Centre yesterday and had the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
The man receptionist was on the phone with a patient and was insulting him the entire time. He also stated out loud data like the patient's age and notes between him and the doctor, which should be kept private between the doctor and the patient. For at least 10 minutes, he was simply babbling and being really disrespectful to the patient.
He was lecturing the patient as though he was far smarter than him. He even tried to talk about the patient wasting his time, which is hilarious because every time I went to this clinic, I had to wait at least 10 minutes.
I was plainly uninformed of what the patient did, but the receptionist refused to listen to them. It doesn't matter what a consumer does; you always listen to and respect them, basic customer service skills.
It was a really unpleasant experience for both myself and the other patients in the waiting room. However, I feel bad for the person on the other end of the phone and hope they report him.
It's not the first time I've witnessed him being harsh and confrontational towards patients. He's not going to quit, and the clinic needs to get rid of him.
I and the others who are waiting at the clinic will not be returning until he leaves.
