Staff are impatient and seem to hear what they want rather than assisting. Advised staff my mother was asleep and needed to reschedule but had suspected broken or sprained ankle. Staff asked to speak to her and I advised she was currently asleep/passed out and then further explained as per her medication she is currently asleep and unable to readily awake and converse at short notice - so not unusual. After being placed on hold for the better part of 20 minutes was advised to call an ambulance as she was passed out.. even though it had been clearly explained as a turn of phrase and not a literal statement. They seemed to care more about getting us off the phone and out of their hair than actually listening caring or helping.
