Dr Stephen Hellmuth is great and has been kind enough to bulk bill someone with severe spinal stenosis who can’t work and is languishing on Jobseeker,however I needed a script for an anti depressant and had a phone consult with “Dr” Alison Noble who could have used her discretion to bulk bill me but chose to charge me $90 or $10 a minute and let me know the practice was losing money.Noble by name but not by nature unfortunately.
