Generally, the wait times are reasonable. The receptionists are pleasant and efficient. However, sometimes the wait times become extended and it should be possible for the doctor to alert a receptionist who can speak to the waiting patient to either reassure them, give them a time frame or ask if they would like to re-schedule the appointment. I was there today and although my own appointment was almost on time, another elderly lady near me had been waiting a very long time and was clearly becoming disgruntled. Doctors' surgeries are not pleasant places to sit and wait for extended times and this should be taken into account.
