Dr Setiawan a great doctor .Sorry to say I had to complain bitterly to him today about the rude woman on reception who didn't even put myself and husband on his list .After waiting 40 min I went to counter and asked a different person and we weren't.I think the first woman who has been there about 18months got cheesed off because we came in and I sat near door on chair as she was on computer and usually makes people stand there for a long time .I think this cheesed her off so she deliberately didn't put us on list .
