Terrible Doctor. Didn’t care. He saw my dad ( who has severe dementia) for the FIRST time as a NEW PATIENT (with a 20 minute appointment slot! ) for 2 minutes (!) before deciding he wasn’t going to fill his prescription. Tells us there’s other patients waiting! ....He didn’t even try to contact the specialist who prescribed it previously. He didn’t even look at dad’s records on the file WHICH INCLUDED THE LETTER asking the GP to continue to prescribe it. Very unprofessional. Very unhelpful. A useless doctor that I’ll never be seeing again. Have already complained to Kelvale about our treatment. Update. He rang me and apologised (like I told reception I wanted) and admitted all the info he needed was in the file. He offered to do the script. I said yes & sent my son to collect it. They had the audacity to charge him $10 for that! The Dr apparently didn’t write “not to be charged”. Had to complain again & apparently they’re refunding the $ within the hour. What a big waste of time and effort.
