Jessica was an excellent doctor, but the business is poorly run. Never any appointments available, never get to see the same Dr, 3 visits 3 different Drs. Phone is ALWAYS busy. Pro Health need to undertake a full business analysis if they don't understand the impacts their poor service is having on their customers - ex-customer now for me.
Avoid at ALL costs. Waited more than 40 minutes past the appointment time to see "Dr" Mark Keen only to receive advice that instead of treating severe flight anxiety with 2 or 5mg diazepam as past 10 years, I should use 'mindfulness'. Offered various whack-job theories like writing with non-dominant hand throughout an 11 hour flight. Will be making formal complaint to the medical board of AU tomorrow. also apparently pretended to call medicare and used that as some form of excuse randomly. Very unusual and highly unethical to leave patient about to fly early tomorrow in this situation. Staff at reception were fine but Dr Keen is highly unethical and unprofessional and would recommend you avoid at all costs. Formal complaint will be lodged tomorrow with Medical Board of Australia re: his advice, actions and approach.
