Really poor management and wrong information provided by reception staff.. ???????????? …
Took appointment as a general check up paid 120 bucks ( very high rate compare to other medical).
Had Uber medical form with me so I asked to doctor
Are you able to fill this for me ? He said yes.
They changed description in my receipt that I specially came for Uber form , however I booked as a general check up.
You guys have to inform patient first that do you mind if we will change description? Because that description , you can’t claim from your insurance company, they know I am overseas maybe that’s why they did
Discrimination and I loose my money.
For Uber form normal fees is 50 bucks and maximum 77 , so no one can charge me 120 bucks
Don’t know how this clinic is working.
