After not hearing back from a dr almost a week later then they said, I took the initative and called reception to find out my expected low iron results. He told me that the dr wants to see me about my liver results. So I was quite stressed about this until my appointment 3 days later. The dr told me she only tested my iron, and my liver was fine but iron very low. So reception had told me someone else's blood work results. Am extremely disappointed in such a lack of professionalism for a practice I have been going to for over 15 years now. Am hesitant to come back. Please train your reception more thoroughly
