I was just reading that you state that you are a private billing practice on your website. This is incorrect. Your response to another patient on here was rude, no way I am booking in for my 3 yr old daughter to see you. So annoying. I would have but judging by your responses you seem rude. How annoying! My daughter needs to see a dr now!
Accompanied my sister Renata Perino to her appointment at 8.15pm on Sunday 6 June 2021. Reception staff were efficient, friendly and polite. The attending Doctor however was rude, dismissive and abrupt from the moment she began to take a history. She went as far as scoffing, rolling her eyes and talking down to my sister when she explained she was concerned about the possibility of a blood clot causing pain in her hand and arm. This was not unsubstantiated as she is on HRT and her own GP has warned her of possible clotting and given her low dose aspirin as precaution. We almost left the consult half way through due to her behavior. We gave feedback to the receptionist on our way out, she was lovely and apologetic. As two mature, educated and professional women we would never behave in this manner in our own jobs, we hope the Doctor and practice can learn from this feedback.
