We arrived at the clinic at 9.45pm and the receptionist told us that they are closing at 10pm. Before we could say another word, the doctor rudely said "it means its too late!".
There was only 1 other patient in the clinic - this is the most appaling health practise that we have encountered.
We understand that everyone has to finish work and go home to their families but this is not the right way to speak to anyone seeking professional medical help. A sign could be put on the front door or on the internet that states last patient registration at a certain time instead of being uncaring and rude.
