I called the office to make an appointment for my daughter right after getting a referral from my daughter's GP. I let them know my email address as they need to send me some information regarding the first appointment.
After 21 hrs, since I didn’t get any email from them, I called the office again - the Woman on the phone was quite mean to me. I was telling my email address and she said "your accent is quite strong" then she immediately put me on hold for more than 3 minutes. When she got back, I complained about what she did then she hung up.
I called her back to try to make an appointment again and she immediately put me on hold for a few minutes. Finally, I gave her all information she needed and then I mentioned she should be nice to her clients by not acting like that. For example, saying "your accent is very strong" then "immediately putting her client on hold".
Do you know what did she say? she said that I should meet a different doctor. I told her I'm not making an appointment to see you, my daughter just needs to meet the doctor. she said that she is the manager so she can decide what to do.
Even though she sent me the information, I'm not sure if I'm willing to visit the office.

She said that she will take a legal action since I left a review on Google.
I let her know this review based on facts so I don't think she is allowed to.
I told her if she sincerely apologies regarding what she did, I will delete the review.. but she hasn't done anything. I remember how many times she emphasised she is the manager (that's not important at all- her rudeness is not acceptable still). I wish she had better attitudes/was more professional at her workplace.
