Great doctor but as usual, very long wait time of over an hour, plus a sour faced, unfriendly receptionist doesn't help. This practice double books patients as standard practise and the receptionist makes you feel like a worthless number rather than a person. She told me I was late when in fact I was right on time and then she wouldn't apologise for her error! Such a shame really because the doctor herself seems very caring.
