First two appointments went great. Seems to be a new receptionist who put me on hold but actually sent me through to their internal voicemail which I could listen too, change etc. 2:30pm I rang. I then arrived at my appointment we booked and she’d booked it tomorrow. The conversation was “I can do tomorrow…” “is there anything this afternoon? I only live around the corner?” “Errrrr I can do 430” “Great I’ll see you at 430”. At 4:25 I arrived to be told my appointment was tomorrow and was getting turned away. I was persisted today because hello I’m here now and you told me now. A conversation ensued about me and my appointment in ear shot but not everybody noted I was actually present and in ear shot. Not great. Not recommending. Recommend some staff training on your internal systems and phone use.
