Wow absolutely shocked at how I was treated here today. I’m not one to be inpatient and rush to write negative reviews but I’m shocked at how badly they run their system. I needed a blood test done urgently due to needle jab injury and I was asked to take a number and have a seat so I did. I was number 8 and the lady in front of me was number 7. The nurse came out and called her through and once finished with her she placed back all numbers at desk again that she had collected and went back into her room. I didn’t think much of it as I assumed she was busy cleaning ect or whatever so I continued to wait patiently for another 10 minutes as you do. A man came in and took number 1 and out she came and took him straight in. I went to reception to kindly explain their must of been a confusion and how I’ve been skipped And was waiting before the other man.. The lady at reception made me feel like I was being impatient and pushy when really how else was it going to be sorted and should I of sat and waited all day ? I had work which I was late too as it was urgent to have this test done. Reception told me to take a seat and let her know when she comes out that I’m next (I’d assume she could do her job and let her know as I’m just a patient and should being having to do her job for her) so I went and sat back down which in that time 3 new patients had come along and taken Number 2,3,4. One lady asked me if I was waiting and I explained yes I had been skipped and was actually next in line but she said she was because her number was next even after I explained the situation. Rudely the lady asked to see my number and took it from me and went and put it back and grabbed number 5 and said ‘’here, problem solved’’ (again a new situation which could of been avoided if receptionist had done her job and notified the nurse and patients rather then allowed patients to battle it out with one another) the nurse had

Opened the door slightly not even enough for me to get up and say anything and the lady (Number 2) bolted straight in. 15 minutes later I am not a person who likes conflict and would never go and bang on the door rudely and at this point I was extremely angry and unfortunately my work was ringing me asking how much longer I was going to take as I had my own clients waiting for me for their appointment. So after 55 minutes wasted sitting there which should of been 15 minutes maximum from being second in line and feeling poorly treated I will never return to this place. I just got up and put my number back and left to get back to work. Absolutely unacceptable. I understand mistakes may happen but that was a joke. Missed out on having an important blood test done in a needed time frame due to them and lack of communication.

Booked about a month ahead and attended on the day about 15 minutes before appointment. Was still waiting after 40 minutes past the appointment. Avoid this centre, it is for a third world population who have limited English. Premium Care? Stop having a laugh!
