I have been going to this GP for so many years, I have seen one Dr since I've been at this practice who is now retiring and met another female doctor along the way who is also great.
Since I've been at this GP Karen from admin has always been extremely rude, I'm not sure why nothing has been done about her rudeness. Today tried to make a booking with one of the two Dr I have seen before to be told that I can't get in to see any of the doctors I prefer as I havent seen one of them since 2019 not taking on new patient ( I'm not a new patient)and my Dr is retiring.
I've told Karen I'm moving elsewhere & she couldn't have cared less.
So angry with her service over the years and felt it was time to vent my
Frustrations.
