Disappointed that I was charged $80 and I will get back $40 for a 3 minute tele health consultant re a blood test after seeing a fabulous doctor and giving you guys a great review and there wasn’t anything wrong!!!!! It’s a shame
A couple of months ago my husband had a painful and mysterious skin inflammation which covered his body. We needed it seen to on a Saturday so booked into Trigg Health Care Centre and saw Dr Jonathan Mortimer. He was incredibly kind, receptive and seemed concerned. He also followed up during the week via phone without charge. His gentle and caring demeanor made us both decide that we wanted him to be our primary physician. In two subsequent appointments (including 6 week checkup with our newborn) he has gone over and above. It is apparent that he cares about his work and patients- to a level which is rare. Have recommended him and the practice to other family members.
