Discriminatory practice:
NEW POLICY : To protect the health and safety of our staff and patients and their families as of 17th of January 2022 we will now only see patients in the practice who have been double vaccinated for COVID.
You may be asked to provide proof of COVID vaccination when booking appointments.
If you have any cold and flu symptoms including sore throat, cough, fever, runny nose etc we now require that you produce a negative COVID PCR result before we are able to book you in for a consult at the practice.
