Third stone. The store itself is actually okay, a lot of the small business products are nicely made but the woman who runs this store, oh my lord. When we entered the store we were very polite and put our drinks down because her 80 million signs told us too. While looking around, she had to make sure the 2 people in her store could hear all her calls, playing them over speakerphone and commentating everything she did. This just made it super awkward. Like woman, no one wants to hear about Helena’s flower order. Nothing in this store has a single sample which is very inconvenient considering half the products are for your body. Not coming back.
Avoid - the rudest woman runs this place. Immediately accused us of taking photos to find it cheaper online. Yep because that's why we wander around Denmark on holidays in holistic shops to see if we can get it cheaper from China.... seriously.
We actually initially apologised for taking the photo (my teenage daughter took a snap of herself in the shop was the photo that upset her) but then she kept going on and on about it in an accusatory manner!! We were going to buy a candle and likely other items but no chance after that!
The total opposite vibe of what the store should be - I've had better customer service experience from the window washers at the traffic lights!
