I cannot believe that this amazing shop would be getting ANY bad reviews.......could it be possible that some misguided person (or persons) has nothing better to do???? If so....get a life.
I have dealt with Amore Aroha..and the 2 amazing women who run it....since they first set up shop....and have never had a problem..certainly not one that couldn;t be dealt with quickly and efficiently......I've been buying clothes, books etc etc for my little grand-daughter Charlie since she was born.....she is now 6 years old..and i can;t get to see her because of Covid restrictiions.....but she LOVES receiving her Amore Aroha packages.....Great work girls......keep it up.....
The worst customer service. I would never recommend anyone buying from this company. Was an exhausting 3 months communicating with this unprofessional business that are sarcastic and full of excuses and don’t deliver. After a lot of chasing a missing parcel they took my money and ended up sending me the wrong items. You shouldn’t be in business when you don’t have any empathy for people and no people skills.
*As per your response I just sent you a screenshot of my order proving I ordered differently. I ordered 2 Minnie Hoody’s and you know it. I have never dealt with someone so dodgy over a small order. Just be an honest person and change your ways before it blows up in your face. I have read previous reviews and you definitely have a pattern in bad customer service. Deleted social media messages and lost parcels.
